About Us

Your Local SHRM Affiliate Society
North Central Arkansas Society of Human Resource Management (NCASHRM), located in Searcy, Arkansas, is affiliated with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). The purpose of our Chapter, as a non-profit organization, is the advancement and exchange of knowledge among members in the field of human resource administration, industrial relations, and safety. NCASHRM is a resource and guide to the equivalent student organization at the university level for students who are actively involved in the pursuit of knowledge in the field of human resources. NCASHRM actively supports or opposes legislative or other matters based on employer needs and professional goals. The Chapter supports the purposes of SHRM, which are to promote the use of sound and ethical human resource management practices in the profession.
Membership is designed to benefit more than just the Human Resources professional. We have members who are in Workforce Training, Staff Development, Benefits Administration as well as general Human Resources Management. NCASHRM invites you to be our guest at one of our monthly meetings.
We're here to help professionals like you stay connected, informed, and growing.
